retrofit0.10.0-wip.8

retrofit data capture

Capture a dump's observed rows onto the data corpus.

The verb records what the source's rows are at the current head, never what
changed. Tables declared reference data (`retrofit schema ref-tables add`,
or `--ref` on `import`/`drift`) capture on the `ref` band;
`--label` enables the `seed` band for the rest. A table no declaration and no
label claims is LISTED, not captured, and the run exits 0.

`--from-label <l>` takes the corpus as the source instead of a file: it folds
the label's `seed` chain for each selected declared table at the current head
and captures it on the `ref` band.

Use `retrofit import` for a source that states a CHANGE, and
`retrofit data retire` to withdraw a table by name.

Usage:
  retrofit data capture <source> [flags]

Flags:
      --data-root data_root root that overrides the schema's data_root
--dry-run classify and report without writing anything
--extra-seed-path seed_paths root that appends to the declared seed_paths
--from-label <label> capture <label>'s seed fold at HEAD onto the ref band (the corpus is the source; no operand)
  -h, --help help for capture
--help-all show extended help (vocabulary, semantics, caveats)
--label <label> repeatable cohort <label>; enables the seed band for unclaimed tables
--schema <name> registered schema <name> (resolves via the chain when omitted)
--seed-path seed_paths root that replaces the declared seed_paths
--skip-manifest <path> write the skip manifest to <path> as JSONL
--table <pattern> repeatable source <pattern> filter (bare relname or glob)

Global Flags:
--as string output mode: text | json (default "text")
-C, --chdir string treat <dir> as the working directory for the entire run
--config string retrofit.toml path (overrides discovery; also accepts $RETROFIT_CONFIG)
-f, --file string oplog file path; selects a registered [[schema]] path (overrides discovery)
--no-consolidate render every advisory occurrence instead of collapsing repeats
-q, --quiet count suppress the advisory tier on stderr; stack (-qq) to drop it whole (errors and results still print)
-v, --verbose reveal info-tier advisories on stderr
