retrofit0.10.0-wip.8

retrofit data scaffold

Mint an empty data-corpus file carrying declared metadata axes.

The minted file holds a v1 header, one section header carrying the axes you
declare, guidance comments showing the record form, and the section-end
marker. It parses to zero records, so every reader treats it as empty until
you hand-author statements into the section.

The path is derived, not given: the file lands under the target
schema's declared `data_root` at the deterministic path for its mint key.

Usage:
  retrofit data scaffold [flags]

Flags:
--anchor-op string 12-hex op id the scaffolded records anchor on (default: the reconciled head)
--disposition <append|restate> declared disposition <append|restate> (omitted: no disposition token)
  -h, --help help for scaffold
--help-all show extended help (vocabulary, semantics, caveats)
--label <label> repeatable declared cohort <label> (the axis is a set; canonicalized on emit)
--purpose <transition|cleanse> declared purpose <transition|cleanse> (exclusive with --label, which resolves seed)
--schema <name> registered schema <name> (resolves via the chain when omitted)
--table <schema>.<table> the schema-qualified table this file declares, <schema>.<table> (required)

Global Flags:
--as string output mode: text | json (default "text")
-C, --chdir string treat <dir> as the working directory for the entire run
--config string retrofit.toml path (overrides discovery; also accepts $RETROFIT_CONFIG)
-f, --file string oplog file path; selects a registered [[schema]] path (overrides discovery)
--no-consolidate render every advisory occurrence instead of collapsing repeats
-q, --quiet count suppress the advisory tier on stderr; stack (-qq) to drop it whole (errors and results still print)
-v, --verbose reveal info-tier advisories on stderr
