retrofit0.10.0-wip.8

retrofit op revise

Patch bound parameters on an unsealed op

Usage:
retrofit op revise <opid> [<key>=<value>...] [flags]

Flags:
--batch read newline-separated revise commands from stdin (transactional)
--dry-run preview the proposed tail without writing
  -h, --help help for revise
--help-all show extended help (vocabulary, semantics, caveats)
-i, --interactive open an editor on the selector's ops

Global Flags:
--as string output mode: text | json (default "text")
-C, --chdir string treat <dir> as the working directory for the entire run
--config string retrofit.toml path (overrides discovery; also accepts $RETROFIT_CONFIG)
-f, --file string oplog file path; selects a registered [[schema]] path (overrides discovery)
--no-consolidate render every advisory occurrence instead of collapsing repeats
-q, --quiet count suppress the advisory tier on stderr; stack (-qq) to drop it whole (errors and results still print)
--schema <name> registered schema <name> (resolves via the chain when omitted)
-v, --verbose reveal info-tier advisories on stderr

retrofit op revise --help-all adds:

Extended help:

Finding the <opid>:

Default `retrofit op show` emits each op in on-disk record
grammar with the opid as the first field:

    AddColumn(988edcb612ab, prev=…, in=…, name="email", …)
    ^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^
    operator opid (12 hex)

Pass any unique prefix (>=4 chars). Useful framings:
    retrofit op show --framing=revise # emits ready-to-edit `op revise <short> ...` lines
retrofit op show --as=json # NDJSON record per op

`op revise -i` opens $EDITOR with the selector's ops in buffer form
so you can pick by line instead of opid.
